Synchronicity

Synchronicity is life’s little coincidences or are they actually coincidences when it feels like divine intervention. For the past 6 months , it feels like my life is full of connections and events that seemingly appear randomly but they are also associated with the current themes of my life.

Ever have life moments of help arriving when you need it most? No? Well, they happen to us all the time. I first became aware of these serendipitous moments when I finished a job contract finished many years ago. I had nothing else planned and all my applications came back fruitless. Then out of nowhere, I ran into an old boss on the street. She asked me where I was working. ‘Nowhere’, I responded and just like that she offered me a role of a retiring associate at the dental practice.

Recently, I have been undertaking a creative recovery course by Julia Cameron and she is convinced that these events are signals from God, Angels or a Source higher than us. I’m a convert to the concept of synchronicity because as of late. Opportunities are happening. These are bigger than just sheer luck or by chance. However, it could be that I’m aware of this concept now and so in tune with these not so random, random events. Either way there are many answered prayers leading me to the right direction in all walks of life, Alhamdulillah.

P.S. Am I going to quote Carl Jung again today? Why, yes I certainly am!
